Are you happy with the current status of the Italian server where no one plays anymore?
you have altered the gear statistics by making too much bg and ag higher than ig and mg.
you have allowed build hybrids that only serve to those who are already in advantage while others can not do it.
you have given fast engines to those who do not have them, as they have different buffs and debuffs.
you have altered the balance that good or bad must exist to have different gears in play.
put on minimal utility events.
never do any activity that advertises the game or approach other, new and old players.
now also change the support by making it virtually incontrable, given the language problems.
the disgruntled and tired players of this game's lateness and level have changed the game.
so now the Italian server does NOT play anybody except a few single people.
at this point, unless you have quick solutions to re-balance the game and still have users, you can also close this server.
so nowadays customers who have gone away will hardly be back.
