Dear Masang Soft, We are sadly writing this later. We do not understand that what kind of attitude this to Ace Online. This is not the first time or second or third as it goes, it will not get better that nobody take cares the Ace Online (especially ACE Online_TR). The announcement was posted about the server maintenance on Nov. 7 2018, however, after the maintenance all the other country servers went back online but, Turkey servers did not. We have been waiting for 15 hours and there has not been an announcement about the deley! It is so sad and heard breaking that Masang Soft treat Ace Online as a stepson, who does not get any love. There is no active GM. Tickets are not answered on time. Ace Online and Webpage has so many bugs that never get to fixed. We play to have fun however, we only get stressed beside the real world. We love this game. We spent many years and money on it. We really love it. The potentials of this game is very wide. There are not others like ACE Online. Please show some respect to the game and the community who is willing to support you. Note: Game cash is sold as US Dollar. And, dollar is extremely expensive in Turkey. If the game cash is converted to a reasonable price in other countries people might buy it. This is one of the scariest thing that Masang Soft is not even aware of it! Thank You Players of Turkey. |
