If you are having issues with the transfer, follow these steps in this exact order. DO NOT LOG INTO THE GAME UNTIL YOU HAVE DONE ALL THESE STEPS! [1] Make an account at ar.masangsoft.com - use a new username if possible, any email address should be fine. [2] Go to the email address you used for the new Masang account and wait for the confirmation email, then confirm by clicking the link. NOTE: IT MAY TAKE UP TO 3 HOURS TO RECEIVE THIS EMAIL, JUST WAIT. [3] Log into ar.masangsoft.com with your new account info. [4] Click the GO button in the MASANGSOFT TRANSFER window.
