People grinding on Grind Maps should get some normal items.. enchant cards, hyper cards from golds... some weapons and so on.

Whats the logic when a new player joins a game with items that can't even kill a normal 101 player ?

Grind maps are in fact a bonus. a huge one. still along the way ur leveling u get yellow unique items with broken stats to help u lv. there are no weps that could drop that match the stats of these weapons.

Example. IG get hellgate II lv 66 - damage of a mega port arrow 102 with 100% prob and 30RA. Pretty decent.
